Deposit Procedure

As part of your reservation, a deposit is required prior to arrival. This deposit will be pre-authorised from your account before check-in and refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages, breakages, or losses. Any costs for damages or lost items will be deducted from the deposit. Payments can be made in USD, GBP, or Euro according to the current exchange rate.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 16:00 (4:00 PM)

• Check-out: 10:00 AM

Please respect these times so our cleaning team can prepare the villa for the next guests. Villas are delivered ready for new arrivals at 16:00 on the check-in date.

Transportation

• Public transport is not available due to the villa’s location.

• By Air: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport (DLM).

• By Car: Our team can provide directions and guidance for guests arriving by private vehicle.

About Kalkan

Kalkan is a beautiful resort town on Turkey’s southern coast, part of Antalya province. Built on steep slopes rising from the sea, it offers stunning sea views. The town is famous for luxury resorts, summer houses, and villas. Its charming harbour supports yacht tourism and sea transport.

About Kaş

Kaş is a nearby holiday resort, also in Antalya province. Known for its natural beauty, historical ruins, and diving spots, Kaş offers a calm and relaxed atmosphere, especially during the summer months.

About Fethiye

Fethiye, in Muğla province, is famous for its bays, beaches, and historical sites. Highlights include Ölüdeniz Beach and Butterfly Valley (Kelebekler Vadisi). Sea and yacht tourism is highly developed, offering a perfect combination of nature and history.

Note on Nature

Villas located in natural areas may occasionally encounter butterflies, insects, ants, or flies. Regular preventive spraying is performed to minimize inconvenience. This applies to all our properties in natural settings.
